Hi !

If I understand correctly, it’s possible to compile PureData patches and store them in Lich via Plugdata ?

If that’s true, that’s wonderful news !

Not being a programmer or very good at this kind of witchcraft, I installed Plugdata, but I don’t see any Lich-related options in the “Compile” menu, so I’m stuck…

Could someone please explain the step-by-step procedure for compiling and storing patches ?

Is there anything else to download besides Plugdata ?

(I’m using latest Ubuntu, with the latest official version of Plugdata)

This is a feature in the upcoming version 0.9.2 - it should come out any day!

Right now you can preview the feature using the latest nightly build or 0.9.2-test3 release.

“portable” 0.9.2 test6 downloaded, the software work fine, i downloaded the 799mo file asked by the program, the compile menu have the OWL option now, but when a try to “store” a super simple patch (adc into dac), i get un error… :pleading_face:

I’m on the original Lich, so OWL 2 i suppose, and i selected the OWL 2 option in the menu of course, did not try with the 1 or 3.

Oops, I can reproduce and I see we forgot to port a few things. I’ve been testing with DPF and Daisy warppers, but didn’t check OWL yet (so much testing to do!)

Will get right on it. Release is scheduled for tomorrow, so we better get a fix in …
