I am new to the forum and awaiting delivery of a Lich module. I was doing some Max/Gen tutorials and went to create a patch (by compiling some .h and .cpp files) but I keep on getting ‘Access Denied’ messages when I click Save (or Save and Compile). I have tried Chrome and Edge.
In desperation I have resorted to downloading Cygwin (I don’t have a Linux machine) so that I can hopefully build the Owl Program so I can do the compilation offline but it is all a bit more effort than the online solution and I a m not even sure a Cygwin build would support the Owl build. I also notice this problem has been mentioned before in 2019.
