Broken pedal

Hi,

I can’t get my pedal working at all(no light on or effects running) its useless atm so reset i guess. Owl control and nest dint work.

So i went trough the DFU instructions i could get it working.
I have got a rev04,so i connected the cables at the same time as connecting to the computer. dfu-utils -l gives me this:
Found Runtime: [05ac:821a] ver=0042, devnum=7, cfg=1, intf=3, alt=0, name=“UNKNOWN”, serial=“UNKNOWN”

Not what the instructions said actually. Also i don’t think im going to get trough updating the boatloader seems pretty hard.

Can someone pls help me out.

Hi Alex,

did you try following through with the rest of the DFU instructions? If you got an error message using dfu-util to flash the pedal, what did it say?
If it doesn’t work out for you, send the pedal back to us and we’ll fix it. Email info at rebeltech dot org for details.
