Can't compile any patches

Looks like something might have gotten broken in the online build system. When I try to compile a patch now I get this error in stdout:

Could not open input file: /var/www/hoxtonowl.com/staging/patch-builder/patch-builder.php

Ok all working again now thanks

Hi, I don’t know if this is the same problem you had but I still can’t compile any patches, I just get the message,

“PHP Warning: copy(/var/www/hoxtonowl.com/subdomains/www/patch-builder/build/untitled_f7696ded5aa1.syx): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/hoxtonowl.com/subdomains/www/patch-builder/patch-builder.php on line 536 ERROR: Unable to copy /tmp/owl/owl-build-7N93sz/patch.syx to /var/www/hoxtonowl.com/subdomains/www/patch-builder/build/untitled_f7696ded5aa1.syx.”

Did you do anything to resolve the problem?

Hi,

The compiler should be fixed by now. please try again. Let us know if the problem still persists. I’ll let the webmaster know. Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for replying, I still seem to be having the same issue with the same message as above, not sure if I’m doing anything wrong.

Hey there,
we had a couple of problems after the last deploy, the last of these was with file permissions causing some patch compilations to fail. Sorry! Should all be working now.

On the positive side, we now have some fancy new features!

If you have a look in the patch library you will see that you can sort patches by Popularity. If you are logged in, you will be able to Star your favourite patches. The Popularity rating is based on a combination of the number of stars and the number of downloads that a patch has. Since these are both new features, the stats will be skewed, but given a little bit of time the gems should float to the top. If you have a moment, please help us out by Starring your favourites!
