We’ve sent out surveys to all the OWL backers today, so if you haven’t seen a message from Kickstarter in your inbox, check on the Kickstarter site itself.
Some people have quite rightly asked about mandatory fields, data protection and the survey data. Unfortunately Kickstarter’s survey system is quite limited at the moment, so it wasn’t possible to make fields non-mandatory. However as there is no real checking don on the fields, if you don’t want to answer a question, just put in a ‘no comment’ or ‘n/a’ into the field.
The information we get will only be used by us to guide where we focus our efforts in the coming months, and will never be passed onto a 3rd party. Your email address specifically won’t be seen or used by anyone other than Rebel Technology and you will be able to opt out of receiving emails from us should you wish.
