Hi there!
I’m a brand new Owl Pedal user, so i apologize for some maybe stupid questions.

1 -I connected it for the first time to my Mac using Owl Control for changing some patches. Now the pedal switches on in a different way as it used to do, there’s no default patch (Jot Reverb) when it starts but i must select a patch to make it work.
2- I removed acid groovebox for using a granular delay and it worked out, but apparently other patches now don’t work anymore, for instance the freeze patch, and other patches too.

Sounds like your device settings have been messed up somehow. You could try a factory reset (does not affect any patches you’ve stored): Open OwlControl, make sure the device is connected (green light), click Factory Reset then click Save to OWL.

To change which patch is loaded at startup, simply select it in OwlControl then click Save to OWL.
