Starting to think I’ve got a defective unit here. I’ve done nothing more than try to update the firmware and the unit is now useless and has been for months. I’m totally sensitive to the fact that this early days for the owl and you guys are working hard, but after spending a good chunk of coin on this, I’m left with a dead box and mounting frustration. Can I get a replacement or a refund?
