OwlNest not starting on (chromebook)Xubuntu 13.10

This is what I get when I try to start OwlNest on my Acer C7 chromebook running Chrubuntu (xubuntu 13.10).

./OwlNest: error while loading shared libraries: libXinerama.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I tried installing libXinerama1 but that is already the latest version. Installing libXinerama-dev did not help either.

Do you know where libXinerama.so is installed? You might have to add the installation directory to LD_LIBRARY_PATH if it is in a non-standard location (sorry I don’t know xubuntu!).

Xinerama is a Juce dependency, perhaps this will help:
