I recently bought a Stoicheia from Gear4Music, unfortunately, it didn’t power on. I have a multiple Doepfer A-100LC3’s with version 5 bus board (with +5v) following the 12v/red line to the -12v on the bus board.
After returning Gear4Music tested and confirmed there was an issue with the power supply. I have received a second module and the same thing is happening.
Gear4Music will take this unit back from me but I was wondering if there was anything I was missing as this is the second unit. I am providing a clock to the unit and matching the switches as per the instructions.
